Fall Makeup

The weather in Las Vegas is temperamental at best, so I’m just not ready to pack up my swimsuits and sundresses. So instead of cleaning out my closet to start the season, I’ve cleaned out my makeup bag. Here are my new favorites, and some old standbys!
I just discovered this Nars limited edition blush called “Douceur.” It’s perfect! It’s subtle and sheer, but easy to intensify without looking like a clown.
I may never buy another lipstick again! I discovered Glominerals “Sugarplum” lipstick at my parents medi-spa. In the tube it looks a little too dark and a little too shimmery, but it’s not. Looks great on everyone!
I love this DiorSkin Sculpt foundation. It has a really nice satiny finish. It’s not cheap, but definitely worth the $54. You wear your skin every day! Also, I can’t believe I’m buying foundation for “mature” skin.
I’ve been wearing Loreal Voluminous mascara since I was 14, and people always notice my eyelashes (which aren’t long at all!) I’ve flirted with DiorShow and some of the more expensive mascaras, but I always come back. It’s tough to beat $7 for a mascara that’s just as good. The trick it is replace it every 3-4 weeks, so it always looks fresh.
